We have used test partnership for over a year now to grow our supply chain team... it has helped us hire 6 people at different levels, and assisted in countless applications. The tests we have used are insight numerical, verbal and inductive to show a wide range of skills. It helped us massively during the hiring process as this is a very comparable test so we were able to directly analyse candidates.
