We have used test partnership for over a year now to grow our supply chain team... it has helped us hire 6 people at different levels, and assisted in countless applications. The tests we have used are insight numerical, verbal and inductive to show a wide range of skills. Soft skills tests in the hiring process assess candidates' soft skills and can predict job performance, and ensure objectivity, saving time and resources while enhancing the quality of hires and reducing potential risks.
