S&W is a recently re-branded UK-based professional services firm providing a broad range of client services including accountancy, tax, audit, advisory and digital services.
The need
S&W have high volumes of candidates applying to their early careers roles across graduates, school leavers, and internships. They needed an objective and valid way to identify high potential candidates whilst having confidence that candidates were not using AI tools.
The solution
The solution was a set of adaptive ability tests with a custom integration with their ATS. This enabled processing of high volumes with additional integrity indicators such as mouse-outs and time stamp behaviour to give accurate and robust measures of potential.
