We have used test partnership for over a year now to grow our supply chain team... it has helped us hire 6 people at different levels, and assisted in countless applications. The tests we have used are insight numerical, verbal and inductive to show a wide range of skills. It helped us massively during the hiring process as this is a very comparable test so we were able to directly analyse candidates. Data Analysis FAQs
A data analysis test is applicable to any role where the employee is required to make informed decisions based on (sometimes complex) quantitative data. These roles may include for example: accountants; data scientists; consultants; and positions requiring working with numerical data..
Our data analysis test measures the ability to interpret numerical data from charts, tables, and graphics, and perform numerical operations on that data. This ability is similar to numerical reasoning abilty, but with more of a focus on data-intensive roles.
Data analysis tests in the hiring process assess candidates' quantitative skills, predict job performance, and ensure objectivity, saving time and resources while enhancing the quality of hires and reducing potential risks. Data analysis is a major facet of general cognitive ability, the strongest overall predictor of job performance. As a result, data analysis tests are powerful predictors of performance at work, especially in combination with other aptitude tests.
