We have used test partnership for over a year now to grow our supply chain team... it has helped us hire 6 people at different levels, and assisted in countless applications. The tests we have used are insight numerical, verbal and inductive to show a wide range of skills. It helped us massively during the hiring process as this is a very comparable test so we were able to directly analyse candidates. Leadership profile FAQs
A leadership questionnaire is an assessment designed to evaluate an individual's potential to lead and influence others effectively. It measures qualities such as strategic thinking, decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to inspire and guide teams. This helps organisations make informed decisions in recruitment, leadership development, and succession planning.
Our leadership questionnaire is based on the TPAQ personality framework and measures key personality traits which underpin effective leadership. These questions follow a Likert response scale, in the same way that our other personality questionnaires function. By measuring the specific personality traits which underpin leadership, we can gauge a candidate's leadership potential and make targeted recommendations for talent management.
Realistically, not everyone is behaviourally suited to leadership and management. Some people are either unlikely to be successful, or will find leadership to be excessively draining – or both. Behavioural assessments can detect this early in the recruitment process, helping to either screen candidates out or provide recommendations for development.
Our leadership assessment can be used for any supervisory, management, or leadership role. Candidates can be from any background, sector, or industry, and do not require prior management experience. Ultimately, for any role that involves leading or managing other people, at any level, this assessment will be appropriate.
