No. All pre-built ATS integrations are included as standard for Test Partnership clients. Custom integrations (where we build a new connector for an ATS or in-house tool that isn't already supported) are quoted on request.
For a pre-built integration, setup is typically minutes once you have your API key. Mapping assessments to hiring stages and a brief walk-through usually wrap up inside a single working day. Custom integrations take longer and depend on scope. We'll give you an honest estimate up front.
Tell us which system you're using. We've built custom integrations across in-house tools, niche industry ATSs, and broader HR suites. As long as the system has an open API or webhook layer, we can almost always make it work.

Typically: candidate details and assessment invitations flow from your ATS to Test Partnership, and completion status plus scores flow back. The exact field mapping is configurable per integration. Nothing flows that you haven't explicitly enabled.
All data in transit is encrypted (TLS), authentication is API-key based and can be rotated on request, and Test Partnership is Cyber Essentials certified. We're happy to provide our security documentation to your IT or InfoSec team on request.
