Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Overview

We’re looking for a curious, go-getter to help us connect with prospects and spread the word about our HRTech SaaS product.

You’ll be a key player in shaping how new clients discover us; through smart prospecting and thoughtful messaging across email, LinkedIn, and social media.

This role is about intelligent prospecting and crafting outreach campaigns that grab attention, spark conversations, and drive pipeline.

At Test Partnership we design online assessments to help HR teams make smarter hiring decisions using predictive behavioural science. Our candidate assessments are trusted by thousands of in-house HR teams, and we pair this with friendly, human support that clients love.

What sets us apart is our focus on scientific rigour, and our dynamic interactive assessments which are future-proofed against candidates using AI to answer questions.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with the founder and digital marketing colleagues to get us noticed by the right people. Typically you can expect to:

  • Spot opportunities: Use research tools to find companies and decision-makers who’d benefit from our candidate assessments.
  • Email outreach: Develop targeted email campaigns to engage potential customers, nurture leads, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Start conversations: Send clever, strategic messages on LinkedIn that get people saying, “Tell me more.”
  • Join the conversation: Jump into relevant industry posts, groups, and forums to build trust and visibility for our brand.
  • Measure what matters: Track outreach campaigns, responses, and engagement so we know what’s working best.
  • Stay organised: Use CRM tools and automation workflows to keep outreach flowing smoothly and streamline lead nurturing.
What we’re looking for

Ideally you'll have at least 6 months’ experience in a SDR, prospecting or lead generation role. But more important than your previous experience is your potential and willingness to learn. We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Curious & eager to learn – you pick up new tools and insights quickly.
  • Strong communicator – you can write messages that resonate and get us noticed.
  • Organised multitasker – you're comfortable using tools and a CRMs to keep tabs on outreach across multiple channels.
  • Resilient & positive – you won’t take radio silence personally (because hey, it happens).

And you’ll need the right to work in the UK, we can’t offer visa sponsorship unfortunately.

What you’ll get
  • Base salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission.
  • Commission: OTE £10,000 uncapped.
  • Hybrid working: one day per week in our London office, the rest remote.
  • Freedom: Feel free to play with new tools, get creative with outreach ideas, and explore GTM strategies.
  • Inbound support: Our strong inbound activity will support your outbound efforts.

(And yes, you’ll get to take some of our own assessments as part of the hiring process; it’s how we keep things fair, accurate, and bias-free.)
