Ben specialises in computer-adaptive testing, item response theory, and questionnaire design, having created dozens of cutting-edge psychometric assessments.
Ben is also highly involved in consultancy, customer support, and account management, encouraging evidence-based practice with our clients. He is particularly focused on early careers and talent analytics, helping clients to maximise the value of their psychometric assessments. Ben has established close working relationships with human resources and talent acquisition professionals at all levels and acts as a trusted advisor on psychometric testing to people leaders around the world.
